Susan Dumond is a Human Resources Executive with 25+ years of experience with multiple Fortune 500 companies (PwC, IBM, Walt Disney Company and AECOM) managing projects and teams in virtually all areas of Human Resources, including organizational design, executive and talent development initiatives (including succession planning, talent management strategies, performance management, career development and learning strategies, individual development plans and coaching, executive on-boarding and mentorship programs), and ensuring these human capital strategies align to long-term business strategies and short-term action plans.
Dr. Dumond is currently Operations & Talent Advisor for Juggernaut Capital Partners. Previously, she was Chief Employee Experience Officer at Alorica which is a global customer experience solution provider. Dr. Dumond held VP and SVP Talent Management positions for the Walt Disney Television Group and AECOM, a multinational infrastructure consulting firm. Previously, she was a strategic change consultant with PwC and IBM. Dr. Dumond began her career as an agent for television writers with the Coppage Company.
