WASHINGTON, DC, August 2018 – Juggernaut Capital Partners (“Juggernaut”), a private equity firm focusing on lower middle market companies primarily in the consumer and business services sectors, is pleased to announce it has made an additional investment in Integrated Beverage Group (“IBG”), a developer and marketer of wine brands.
IBG has produced award winning wines from around the globe since 2007. Through its focus on science and data analytics, the Denver-based company is producing what it believes to be some of the highest quality wine in the world. The team is passionate about placing quality, value and product purity above all other considerations. Juggernaut’s investment will further enable this commitment through complete vertical integration.
IBG has worked closely with an analytical chemistry lab to test and analyze the chemical taste and aroma composition of over 5,000 wines, resulting in one of the largest databases of wine chemical profiles in the world. IBG has used this proprietary data to develop its own brands and to provide retailers with custom brand solutions, which are differentiated by science and data.
